Today went for jurong training after 1 n 1/2 months slacking :D OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG IS I CAN SAY :((((((((((((((( drop alot of fitness+stamina leeeeeeeeee gonna train back :D did 6 set of 400m but timing abit slow larrrrrrrrrrr dying okay! dun worry i promise myself to get back my form :DDD THURSDAY SRJC TRAINING!!!!
