LOL Hamstring injured den cant run well in 4x100 n 4x400m both got 3rd for both event and alot of weird weird things happened.

400m avoid people and jump into the drain,sprain till ankle now swollen -.=
Nikki Swing flag den pole hit my head.
Shanice slap me when i looking at the Overall champion trophy.

But fartlek gt 1st again! Dun know how many years le... ^^
Most unbelievable is that AI hse won the Overall Champion! YES! WE DID IT (:
