Last friday went for jurong training........... did light training example 4 rounds 400m then do some sprinting training then went home and rest but next day dun know why whole leg ache so much.must be too long nvr train alr which went swimming on saturday and the whole pool was filled with many people zzz the water is sooooooo dirty.. :DD Did AM workout but didnt do quite well.slowly slowly bah.
