Friday again (: finally can rest during saturday and sunday hahas today training is quite okay la not so bad heh i improve my timing by 1 mins (: last wednesday training 4km first set do 19.18mins then 2nd set do 20.12mins then today i do first set 18.16mins and 2nd set 18.27mins hahas left 1 more training gonna improve 1 more mins please let me do it!!! okay stop here maybe post tommrrow...
