Eh Went to Bukit Gombak stadium to watch the SAA track and field events..Kinda hot weather today man! after that went to JP for a while then went home becus rushing for swimming lesson then went there swim alot of fast lap then we do relay...sooooooooooo owning man!!! my team wins another team both freestyle and frogstyle :D i did my 50m swim PB today 37s and frogstyle at 53s...After so long of break finally getting back into form.Thanks God!
