3 days of training can tired me out fully :D Friday school training followed by Sat swimming lesson and Sun nike human race 10km run.The race was quite ok larh as the weather was like humid.I didnt get to warm up den i go report le so during the first 3km my left leg numb numb but after 7km the numb goes off and i increase my pacing.10km timing stopped at 50flat.So-So only -.=" Didnt get to watch the BLG concert...wasted T.T

Went to school and celebrate teacher's day :D Okay la so-so lo every year is the same de so getting bored of it larh.Den went for training,quite challenging today as it train our power,endurance and speed.After that went for BBQ hahaha quite fun as we can get to bond around with basketball also our own teammates,i still get to know new frens from bball. The ending is the most boring part as we have to clean up -.=" i just mop the canteen only :) (lazy)

Boring,boring still boring.Going School is like doing nothing and doing shitty worksheet.Haiz tomorrow Thursday le,time passed so fast and i think i not going school tomorrow as self study outside is more peaceful :) Okay Training today quite okay la 15 set of circuit jumping cone den Coach talk awhile and warm down! Haha

Outing on Friday with friends :D They went for a movie first but i gt training so didn't get to watch the movie with them den after my training i went to park lane find them and den all of us went to lan gaming ^^ thats was so called "our last gaming time" ha ha but only 4 of us played DotA all rest go for pool. we really have fun that day :D

Still prelim ... hehe after one week finally get to do self training le. ^^ secret training but currently very very bad timing ... when can i get back to old standard man! nvm train hard bah! Jiayou! wednesday maybe going Coach lim training (:
