Friday went to jurong stadium for training (: did 4 rounds of speed work and 1 400m. at least got train a bit : D then rush home and went to jurong east to catch a movie the forbidden kingdom. hahas got my idol! Crystal liu!!!!!!!!! so pretty :D during the movie becus of the women hair infront of me keep tickle my knee then i tip toe make till my muscle cramp during the movie Zzz -.-".

Now i'm at home :D did not go to school today as tooooooooooooooooooooo tired alr zzz...nevermind later i will go and do some revise to make up for the lesson i missed.okay stop here.

Ytd Nationals Cross (: finally is over.although i did not do very well but i did push myself somehow.hope team can get a good position,went back to school as the prize presentation cancel cause of rain and went back school take bag and went to kfc for dinner then went to played basketball till 10plus and went home! bath and online a while and went to sleep.

Tommrrow is the day :D hahas i really hope that i on form tmr please! i really want to do 17mins in final year bah...Thats all i can say :D watched basketball today! good game guys,ur did well and fought till the end,cant be blame as whole match they use their height advantage to get point and lead but nevermind! What most is enjoying the game :D

Friday again (: finally can rest during saturday and sunday hahas today training is quite okay la not so bad heh i improve my timing by 1 mins (: last wednesday training 4km first set do 19.18mins then 2nd set do 20.12mins then today i do first set 18.16mins and 2nd set 18.27mins hahas left 1 more training gonna improve 1 more mins please let me do it!!! okay stop here maybe post tommrrow...

As i can say,it the final part of my cross country journey hahas.left 2 more training to the national le....Come on!!! I know i can do it (: Pull my timing to below 19mins i'm sure i can do it de JiaYou :D Friday i gonna give it what i have...
